Acceptance and ready for carriage check

Following details will be checked via check-list at acceptance

Actual weight & dimensions and checked against booking and Air waybill at acceptance.

24h emergency number on AWB.

Correct IATA labels - Time and Temperature sensitive label with temperature range stated on label corresponding to booking and AWB.

Only one temperature range per shipment (AWB) is allowed.

Limitations

Trucking only between ARN-CPH-OSL. Other trucking lanes only on request. Temperature control is available on trucks with shipment of minimum 3000 kgs (Chargeable Weight)

Temperature control is available on A330 and A350 (intercontinental widebody flights). Minimum 500 kgs (Chargeable Weight). On narrow body flights, active cooling unit must be used if temperature control is needed.
