2012-11-21 Our plan for the future
Last week SAS presented a plan that will create a future-oriented SAS. The comprehensive plan includes the reduction of our costs and sales of certain assets – something that is necessary for facing the future in an industry undergoing big changes.

Our plan for the future

This plan has now been approved by all parties and enables us to build further upon our strong attributes to deliver the best possible product and service.

We will continue to do everything to ensure the best possible service for our customers, and we will build further upon our already strong attributes:

  • PUNCTUALITY: SAS has world-class punctuality, which will remain a strong focal point.
  • SERVICE: We have 27 million customers annually with all-time-high customer satisfaction, which we will continue to increase.
  • FREQUENCY AND DESTINATIONS: SAS will continue to have the most departures, the best transfer possibilities and fly to more world destinations than any other airline in Scandinavia.

In the coming days we will add 37 new routes to our network and in total, we will start 45 new routes during the summer.

Thank you for your trust and support.

Best regards
